In 1999, Mr. Dhatigara founded Xynyx, Inc. to provide its customers new and better ways to conduct business, and achieve and sustain market leadership. Under Dhatigara’s leadership, Xynyx has delivered world-class, scalable business solutions to Fortune 500 customers such as United Healthcare, Monsanto, AllScripts, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Citadel Investments, Transunion, Anheuser-Busch, the City of New York to name a few.

Prior to founding Xynyx, Mr. Dhatigara has been a hands-on leader for successful startups and Fortune 500s with experience in company-wide software implementations, technology evaluation/deployment, network infrastructure design/support, systems integration/programming, providing direction for enterprise-wide projects, and providing technical support to end-users across large corporate networks.

Mr. Dhatigara holds degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.

David Thornton has been an integral part of the Xynyx team since it's inception. He has 25+ years of software design expertise under his belt, with the last 15 dedicated to architecting enterprise class applications using state-of-the-art technologies. He has played a key role in technology selection and implementation for Fortune 500 customers.

Mr. Thornton's largest healthcare project undertaking involved architecting and designing the J2EE layer at United Health Care. This project used Internet browsers and rich clients to give health providers B2B and B2C interactions and acted as a front end to legacy systems for 80,000 users.

Prior to UHC, David oversaw architectural, design and development efforts for an industry leader in online file access for ISPs and Telcos.

Mr. Thornton earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Melbourne University, Melbourne, Australia.

Joseph Hall joined Xynyx as Software Engineer in 2005. Joseph has been a passionate developer who has made it his mission to stay abreast of emerging technologies enabling him to stay on top of his game and earning the role as our firm's key Software Architect. Mr. Hall’s core development focus is for healthcare domain tools and Meaningful Use. He is also our resident expert and instrumental in designing components to meet MU Requirements.

Prior to Xynyx, Mr. Hall proudly served the United States Army for seven years with tours including Germany, Ft. Knox, and Operation Endeavor in Bosnia. After his honorable discharge, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DeVry University.

Since 2013, Mr. Bhadha has led Regulatory Compliance, Technical Marketing, and Strategic Planning initiatives to steer Xynyx in new directions.

Mr. Bhadha brings over 30 years of broad industry experience in contamination control, semiconductor manufacture, compound semiconductor manufacture, chemical process industries, aerospace manufacturing, and regulatory compliance. Contamination control products developed by Mr. Bhadha have been used on production lines worldwide for semiconductor chips by manufacturers, such as Intel and Taiwan Semiconductor, F-16 fighter, U.S. Navy missiles, and in laboratory and analytical applications.

Mr. Bhadha is a key contributor of multiple U.S. Patents and has published extensively in industry journals.

Mr. Bhadha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and Master’s and Engineer’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Dehlis Francisco joined Xynyx in 2013 to serve as Director of Information Technology bringing over 8-years' of real-world IT support and implementation experience from Lexitel Atlantic Communications and Call 4 Health. Equally successful in both team and self-directed settings, Mr. Francisco's has performed computer programming, developed scripts and methodologies, implemented HIPAA standards, and managed a multitude of large-sized IT implementations for customers from various industries. Mr. Francisco has been consistently recognized for cost-effectively resolving challenging technical issues.

Dehlis graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Information Technology. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
